Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We succeeded in microencapsulation to water droplets of budding yeasts in a high including rate. It is easy to predict the crystallization temperature for W/O emulsions with narrow size distribution. This method is not inferior in cell viability as compared with a conventional one.
