Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Complex structures and motions of living organisms are difficult to learn by using only two-dimensional materials such as books. For this reason, education using moving images and modeled objects is being done as an aid to understanding. In this study, we created a model aiming at deepening the structural understanding of living organisms by creating a model simulator for 3D printers from DICOM - DATA of CT images. We made a heart model from PLA material as a prototype. By experiencing these processes by the first scholars, it was confirmed that not only models become learning materials but also the model creation process is useful for improving and maintaining the motivation to learn the structure in learning the biological structure .
