Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The present study aimed to reveal the new effective factors and to create innovative and practical model for promoting healthy workplaces among medium and small-sized companies by the collaboration with the management field as well as occupational health services. By the analyses of good practices, it was revealed that activation of the communication in workplaces or the appropriate personnel management/ evaluation were regarded as important in the field of management, but what was hardly understood by managers about the health instruction after the medical examination or the utilization of health employment and organizations. The inventory survey result for medium and small-sized business employees suggested that it was necessary to work on the making of workplace which could balance work with health.
