Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, we aimed to quantify the effectiveness of intentionally adjusted teaching by adopting multiple motion modes. I expected that the positive attitude towards adjustment of exercise and correction of results will be enhanced. In this study, a certain effect such as improvement of contact time and stiffness was recognized by teaching rhythm as guideline during rebound jump training. Next, by using walking, jumping etc., we verified the change of error correction by deliberately feedback a soft judgment and a hard judgment from the result of adjusting the exercise against the distance target. As a result, it was recognized that there was a certain tendency in the error correction pattern according to the power work characteristics.
