Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research focused on platform follower companies such as mobile phone manufacturers at the turning point of platform. In particular, we investigated the relationship between the accumulated organizational capability and firm’s performance. We statistically analyzed data 666 smartphone users. As a result, mobile phone manufacturers who allocated resources to both the old platform and the new platform tended to have lower performance than other types of manufacturers.
