Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I Studied about actives of labor unions to bullying with all executives for restructuring. This study method is interview from union members and victims. Main interviewees are Minato-Godo Union, Odate Union, Nakama Union and The Sendai branch of Sony Union. The main points of question is that (1)type of bullying by executives (2)how to approach to the bullying by the labor unions, (3)challenge of the future for a solution.
