Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, I mainly considered the role of the multiple derivative action in regulation of corporate group governance by referring to the U.S. legal system. As a prerequisite, I also considered several issues of the single derivative action and the supervision over the subsidiaries by the directors of the parent corporation. The conclusion of this study is that the multiple derivative action should be widely recognized as well as the single derivative action.
