Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、人口減少社会における「脱成長型の空き地マネジメント」の効果をいかに評価すべきか、その実現の方法論をどのように確立するか？を問う。そこで、脱成長の価値を捉える概念枠組みを設定して国内外の空き地マネジメント事例を調査分析し、空き地への適用による短中期的成果と長期の社会的影響を評価するための測定指標群を開発する。さらに、空き地へのマネジメント適用から結果としての社会的影響に至るまでの因果経路をロジックモデルとして可視化し、脱成長の価値が作用する箇所と経路を明らかにする。これらを基に、成果指標群の測定運用手順を空き地マネジメントの実践プロセスに組み込んだ実務ガイドラインを作成する。
