Outline of Research at the Start

心理的安全性は、学校・職場・医療現場など多様な集団活動の質を左右する重要な概念であるが、現状では主観アンケートによる事後評価が中心であり、場面の中で連続的に把握する手法は確立されていない。本研究の目的は、集団活動における心理的安全性を、自由エネルギー原理に基づく予測誤差の大きさとして捉え、心拍変動や瞳孔変動等の生理指標に基づいて、個人状態と集団状態とをリアルタイムに推定する多層構造の数理モデルを構築することである。
