Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、保育・行政・医療の各現場における発達障害児の受診準備支援の実態を解明し、実践的な研修プログラムを開発・実装することである。
2026～2027年度に各現場への調査と文献検討を行い、独自の「プレホスピタル・プレパレーション」の理論を構築する。2028年度にはプログラム案のプレテストと主任級への試行（第1版）を実施し、内容を洗練させる。2029年度以降は主要スタッフを対象に完成版（第2版）の研修を行い、知識や実践イメージの変化を評価する。これらの過程を通じて、回数や時期等の社会実装条件を考察し、現場のニーズに即してスタッフが力を発揮できる支援体制の確立を目指す。
