本研究では, 子宮体癌の筋層浸潤の程度やリンパ節転移の有無の違いにより, FDG集積の経時的集積とタンパク量, 腫瘍内pHがどのように異なるかを, テクスチャ特徴量も用いて詳細に検証し, 実用性の高い新たな病期診断モデルを開発することである.
子宮体癌においてDynamic PETおよびAPT-CEST法はほとんど研究されておらず, さらには, それらに対するテクスチャ解析は未検討の学問分野である.腫瘍内代謝データとテクスチャ解析を連携し子宮体癌の画像診断モデルを確立しようと試みる画像研究である.
