Outline of Research at the Start

日本人看護師は、質の高い看護ケア能力があるにもかかわらず、国際的に活躍できる看護師は少ない。一方、フィリピン人看護師は、様々な異国でリーダー的存在として活躍し、シンガポール人看護師は、医療ツーリズムで多国籍の外国人患者に質の高い医療サービスを提供している。フィリピン人及びシンガポール人看護師は、異文化対応能力を学生時代から鍛錬し、修得していると考えられる。本研究では、異文化対応能力に焦点を当て、3か国の看護学生の異文化対応能力を比較検討し、日本人看護学生が修得すべき能力を明らかにし、日本人看護学生の異文化対応能力を高める看護教育プログラムを開発することを目的とする。
