【がんゲノム医療における看護連携体制の基盤モデルの構築】の目的は,このような国内情勢の動きを捉え,各施設という枠組みより,日本国内における統一した看護連携体制のモデルを構築するところにある.また,この研究の副次的効果として,がんゲノム医療非連携病院の医療・他地域における看護師の関心や取り組みへの動機付けになることが期待できると考える.加えて,がんゲノム医療においては,海外の情勢を鑑みながら整備が構築されている状況であり,海外の運用状況も視野に入れながら検討していくことで,より実現可能性を高める【がんゲノム医療における看護連携体制の基盤モデルの構築】を目指す.
