Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、小多機における園芸活動を基盤に、認知症高齢者と地域住民の多世代交流を通じて、認知症者支援を実践できる人材の育成と認知症共生プラットフォームの構築を目指すものである。60歳以上のシニア世代に加え、大学生から60歳未満のアクティブ世代を導入し、後進育成の仕組みを取り入れることで持続可能性を高める。
後進育成の過程では、CUDBASの手法を用いて認知症者支援に必要なボランティアの能力をチャートとして可視化し、人材育成に活用する。これらの取り組みについて、認知症受容度や生活安寧指標等により評価し、そのプロセスと効果を明らかにする。
