Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、育児期就労者のwell-being向上を目的として、育児と仕事が相互に活力を与え合う仕組みを解明し、その知見を支援実践に結びつけるものである。まず、育児への前向きな関与を測定する「育児エンゲイジメント尺度」を開発する。次に、育児・仕事・個人の資源および要求度と、育児・仕事の両エンゲイジメント、well-beingとの関連性を統合した理論モデルを構築する。さらに、その成果を踏まえた介入プログラムを開発・検証し、最終的にAIロールプレイ支援ツールとして社会実装する。これにより、育児と仕事を統合的に支援する新たな枠組みを提示し、親子の福祉向上、企業の生産性向上、少子化対策への波及を目指す。
