| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では申請者が飼育環境を構築し、研究室内で飼育を継続している [i]孤立相群と[ii]群生相群の２群に、[iii]腸内細菌移植実験と[iv]トリプトファン処理実験で新たに2群を確保、合計4群のトノサマバッタ集団の腸内細菌叢組成及び表現型を比較する。これらの解析の結果を統合して腸内細菌種S. ureilytica及びキヌレニン合成酵素とトノサマバッタの群生相化の具体的な関係を解明する。
