Research Abstract |
It is the main problem of this study to research into the transcendental logic of Kukai's Esoteric Buddhism-Thought. In this year, I have studied the " Worldly Mind " to find his logical structure in his "Jujushin -Thought": the Thought of the Ten-Stepped Rung in the Human Mind. Then I have acquired the knowledge of the logical structure in - the worldly Mind ": the first three in the Ten-Stepped Rung in the Human Mind. This logical structure is the dialectical development, namely three stages-development under the negation. Thus I have known the three stages-development. in his " Jujushin-Thought ", that is to say, the first stage is " the bound World " in human desires, the second stage is " the freed World " from human desires and the third stage is " the completed World " in human mind. The logical structure of "the Jujushin-Thought" is composed of the double three stages-development. That is, for one thing the three stages are follows : the first is " the Worldly Mind ", the second is " the Non- Worldly Mind " : the second six in the Ten-Stepped Rung in Human Mind, and the third is " the last Tenth Mind ". For the other the three stages are follows : the first is " the bound World ". the second is "the freed World " and the third is "the completed World ", in each of three Minds as stated above. The highest completed World is the Tenth-Mind. It is " the Himitu-Shin " : the secret-solemn and absolute Mind.
