Outline of Annual Research Achievements

空間的反応集積化法を用いる含フッ素アルキルカルバニオン種の発生を行なった。平成24年度より継続して，低温条件下，「β位にフッ素原子を有するアルキルリチウム」の発生を試み，スルホキシド基を有する含フッ素アルキルリチウムの発生と求電子剤との反応を実施した。平成25年度には新たに，空間的反応集積化法によるポリフルオロ芳香族化合物の求核置換反応（SNAr）の完全制御を検討した。ポリフッ素化芳香族化合物は，その電子欠損性によって，芳香族求核的置換反応の基質となる。例えば，ヘキサフルオロベンゼンなどのポリフッ素化芳香族化合物に対し，求核剤を反応させ，芳香環上のフッ素原子を部分的に置換することは，共役有機分子などの合成に有用である。しかしながら，ポリフッ素化芳香族化合物の芳香族求核的置換反応において，その選択性の低さがしばしば問題となる。ヘキサフルオロベンゼンとアルキルリチウムの反応をバッチ法で行うと，低温条件においてさえ，目的の一置換体のみならず，さらに反応が進んだ二置換体が混入することが知られている。これを克服すべく，ヘキサフルオロベンゼンの芳香族求核的置換反応におけるマイクロフロー法の検討を行なった。マイクロフロー法は，溶液単位流量あたりの装置接触表面積が大きいことに起因する迅速熱交換温度制御・高速拡散混合が可能となる点，滞留時間の精密制御が可能となる点から，反応の効率化，高い選択性を発現する反応場を提供する利点を有する。ヘキサフルオロベンゼンとブチルリチウムの反応について，室温条件下でマイクロフロー装置を用いて実験を行なった結果，副生成物の二置換体の生成を抑制することに成功した。
