Research Abstract

細胞の中で活動する酵素は、その姿形を細胞内で直接捉えることはできないが、様々な生命機能に関与しており、生命機能を理解する上で非常に重要であることは疑う余地もない。さらにそれを利用した医療応用などを目指し、細胞機能を人の手で操作するためには、その存在と活性の程度を検出することは非常に重要である。我々は、その見えない酵素の存在および活性状態を細胞機能を損なわずに直接観察するための自己集合型ナノプローブの開発をおこなってきた。今年度は、昨年度までに詳細に検討した自己集合型ナノプローブの構造と活性の相関関係を基にした研究の展開として、レシオ型の蛍光ナノプローブの開発とその機能評価などをおこなった。
