研究概要

近年サブミクロンサイズの磁気ディスク中に現れるvortex構造をスピン電流を用いて操作する研究が盛んに行われている。本研究では計算機シミュレーションを用いて、スピン電流によるvortexコアの回転運動や磁化反転の解析を行い、またこの現象を利用した磁気デバイスが安定に動作する条件を求めた。また本シミュレーションでは膨大な計算時間が必要となるためにgraphic processing unitを用いてシミュレーションを高速に行う手法を提案した。
