| 研究概要 |
本研究の成全は,「第6回長崎ーシンガポ-ル医学シンポジウム」(平成2年12月4日長崎にて開催)において国立シンガポ-ル大学研究分担者および長崎大学医学部研究分担者により報告された。内容は下記の如く肝炎ウィルス,HTLVー1ウィルスを中心としたウィルス性疾患,腫瘍および内分泌性疾患である。
1.肝炎ウィルス

2.HTLVー1ウィルスおよび腫瘍性疾患

特に本研究を通じて,シンガポ-ルおよび長崎に多発する肝炎ウィルスによる疾患に関して,シンガポ-ルでは主としてB型肝炎ウィルスを,又長崎ではB型およびC型肝炎ウィルス感染と病態の解析が進んだ。具体的には,シンガポ-ルにおける肝組織の生検による検討で,細胞質内HBC抗原の活性型肝炎における重要性を明らかにし,又pneーsを含む組み換え型肝炎ワクチンの有効性が検証された。更に肝炎ウィルス感染に伴うインタ-フェロン産生能の変化および細胞性免疫能の変化についての詳細な解析がなされた。
長崎大学における研究により,36万人の日本人献血者中C型炎ウィルス感染者は1.1%であり,その感染者の加令に伴う増加,又C型肝炎ウィルスとB型肝炎ウィルス感染者のオ-バ-ラップの存在が明らかにされた.更に多くの症例数についてのC型肝炎ウィルスの動態が解析された.又長崎県の離島におけるB型肝炎ウィルスとHTLVー1ウィルス感染に対する社会要因との関係が解析された。
