| 研究概要 |
インド-西部太平洋におけるクロサギ科クロサギ属魚類(Gerres)の分類学的再検討を行った。それらの結果は、以下のようになる。47公称種のすべてのシノニム関係を明らかにして6類似種グループ(complex)と2種の有効種を認め、下記にようにまとめられる。1)The Gerres oyena complex : G.oyena, G.baconensisとG.equulus ; 2)The Gerres filamentosus complex : G.filamentosus, G.infasciatus, G.macracanthusとGerres sp. 1 ; 3)The Gerres setifer complex : G.chrysops, G.decacanthus, G.setiferとG.silaceus ; 4)The G.erythrourus complex : G.erythrourusとGerres phaiya ; 5)The Gerres longirostris complex : G.longirostrisとG.oblongus ; 6)The Gerres subfasciatus complex : G.japonicus, G.maldivensis, G.subfasciatus, Gerres sp. 2およびGerres sp. 3 ; 特異的な種が2種 : G.limbatusとG.methueni. 従って従来8種程度が有効とされてきたが、7末記載種を含む合計22種が認められた。
