研究概要

本研究の目的は、種々の統計モデルにおける変数選択問題および、関連する問題および、実データへの応用である。主な結果は次の通りである。
(1)拡張成長曲線モデルに関する一般線形仮説の尤度比検定の導出(Fujikoshi et al. (2006))
(2)Wiksのラムダ等軽量の高次元漸近展開(Wakaki (2006)
(3)画像識別法の開発(Nishii et al (2006))
(4)AIC統計量の分布の漸近展開(Yanagihara et al (2005))
(5)回帰モデルの予測誤差に基づく変数選択基準の提案(Fujikoshi et al. (2005))
(6)ベイズ情報量基準の導出と平滑化パラメータ選択への応用(Konisi et al. (2004))
(7)近傍の連結によるクラスター法の提案(Satoh et al. (2004))
(8)ヌクレオチド多形の遺伝子型決定のための正規混合モデルに基づく判別法の開発(Satoh et al. (2004))
