研究成果の概要

国民健康・栄養調査の協力率は長期的に低下傾向にあり、国民全体の特徴を適切に反映した統計データが得られていない可能性があることから、非協力者バイアスとその修正方法について検討した。その結果、世帯属性等により世帯別の協力状況に差があるとともに、人口当たり協力率は低下傾向で、性・調査票別に差があることが示された。また、喫煙率の非協力者バイアスは限定的である可能性が示された。さらに、多重代入法を用いて、喫煙状況別の上半身肥満率の非協力者バイアスを修正できる可能性が示された。以上の結果を参考に、少なくとも現状の協力率を維持し、統計手法の活用により非協力者バイアスを最小限に止める方策を検討する必要がある。
