研究成果の概要

膀胱上皮内癌のBCG療法抵抗性には、膀胱癌組織のOCT3/4、vimentinの発現上昇、E-cadherinとCXCL1の発現低下、CD4、CD8、CD56、CD204、Foxp3陽性細胞の誘導の有無が関連する。局所浸潤や転移の予後には膀胱癌組織における浸潤に関連するCLDN4、癌微小環境で再発・進展・薬剤耐性に関与するCXCL1、およびtumor buddingを誘導するcollagen type Ⅵα1 / ⅩⅢα1が関連する。また、筋層浸潤の予測には、尿中IL8、MMP9、MMP10、angiogenin A、APOE、SDC1、A1AT、PAⅡ、CA9、VEGFのパネルが有用である。
