研究成果の概要

がん患者にとって「治癒不能」を意味する「進行・再発」の精神的なストレスは、初発時よりも大きい。全身状態の確実な悪化が予測される中、精神状態を改善・維持することは患者の生活の質(QOL)を保つために重要かつ不可欠である。当院ではがん患者に生じるさまざまな精神的問題に対し、高度かつ専門的治療を行う精神腫瘍科を設置し、精神的ニーズへの対応として、治癒不能がん患者対象の集団精神療法を実施している。本研究では、集団精神療法によって観察された心的外傷後成長（Posttraumatic Growth）に焦点をあて、それらを促進する介入について検討し、プログラムの作成を試みた。
