研究実績の概要 |
We have focused on developing soft nanocomposites and gel materials utilizing ILs for 3D printing technology. Conductive nanocomposites composed of conductive fillers (e.g. carbon nanotubes/fibers, graphene and metallic nanowires) are one of the most trending topics in 3D printing technology due to their potential application in the field of robotics, tactile sensors, and microelectrochemical systems. IL-MWCNT conductive nanocomposite filaments have been developed and printed via fused filament fabrication printing process along with their material characterization and demonstration of 3D fabrication of flexible circuit for flexible electronics. For fabrication 3D printable gel materials that havr potential applications in the field of solid electrolytes, we utilized thiol-ene reaction system in ionic liquid medium and successfully printed 3D gel object via stereolithographic process. The research of thiol-ene chemistry has paved the way to our new research topic of porous polymer that are suitable for polymer electrolyte development and in sensing applications.
