研究概要

発がん要因のひとつに動原体不全があるが、これまで、どのような分子が動原体機能や構成に関わっているか不明であった。本特定領域研究では、20種類程度の動原体構成因子を新しく同定してその分子集合過程を明らかにできた。がん細胞において、同定した動原体構成因子の発現異常も確認できており、がん治療における有力な標的分子候補が同定できたことを意味している。
