研究概要

本研究ではポリープの前病変のACFをサロゲート病巣として化学予防臨床研究を行い、わずか2ヶ月間のスリンダック投与で、同薬剤を年余に互って投与した欧米の報告と同等の効果を得た。また細胞増殖活性を持つGST-πがACFに発現していることを見出し、その特異的阻害剤を開発した上で、大腸発癌マウスモデルでその有効性を明らかにした。つまりACFに発現するGST-πを標的とした新しい大腸癌化学予防法を開発した。
