研究概要

基礎代謝物、脂質、植物二次代謝物(フラボノイド)の化合物情報、植物の分類情報、生薬・漢方情報を管理するポータルを構築した。ポータル上には酵素反応、代謝経路の情報のみならず文献情報、学会情報等も掲載し、メタボロミクス分野の統合ポータルとして機能する。同じ仕組を国内の複数学会で採用してもらい学会横断型のポータルとしても機能する。
