研究概要

細胞内のシグナル伝達のパスウェイは、多くのシグナリング分子は互いに相互作用し、複合体を形成しパスウェイを生み出す。このようにパスウェイを構成する相互作用をネットワークとして捉えるため、統一的な方法論で網羅的相互を定量する技術開発を行った。また、開発したシステムを用い、新たなパスウェイを発見した。
