研究概要

白血病類縁疾患の多くにおいて未だなお有効な分子標的療法が存在せず、正確な分子診断さえ困難な例が多い。我々は本研究計画において白血病類縁疾患患者骨髄より芽球分画のみ純化保存するバンク事業を行い、それらに対して網羅的遺伝子発現解析や大規模ゲノムリシークエンスを行うことで、白血病の治療反応性予測法を開発し、さらに実際に白血病の発症原因遺伝子変異を同定することに成功した。
