研究概要

ラット海馬スライス標本において, 静脈麻酔薬は抑制性介在ニューロンのシナプス前終末からのGABA放出を促進したが, この作用は加齢による修飾を受けた. 一方, 揮発性麻酔薬はGABA放出促進作用が弱く, 加齢による修飾も少なかった.
