研究概要

2500年前から2000年前にかけて古代中国の人類集団の遺伝的構成が大きく変化したことを示した我々の先の研究成果を発展させるため、黄河中流(中原)の3000年前ならびに3500年前の遺跡から出土した古人骨のDNA分析をおこなった。その結果、(1) 3500年前から3000年前にかけても変化が起きていたこと、(2) 3500年前と現在の人類集団の遺伝的多様性には違いがみられないこと、が明らかになった。
