研究概要

喉頭神経調節の仕組みとその障害における現状での重要課題として考えられた、延髄における疑核異所性局在、喉頭神経系におけるアセチルコリン合成酵素の関与、喉頭神経系における神経栄養因子の関与、脳幹運動神経細胞における軸索損傷時のTDP43の変化、そして、喉頭における概日リズムと時計遺伝子の関与について、現時点で考えうる手法を駆使して解明した。
