研究概要

大規模シミュレーションと衛星観測データ解析との手法により、太陽天体プラズマの活動現象について調べた。ダイナモによる長期的な磁場生成、太陽大気中への浮上、表面での磁束活動、定常的な加熱現象、爆発的フレアトリガ、素過程としての乱流リコネクション・相対論的リコネクション、粒子加速についてそれぞれ重要な知見を得た。
