研究概要

ヒスタミン(HA)と選択的H2受容体アゴニストはH1KO マウスの新線状態ニューロンに内向き電流を発生させた。HAと選択的H1受容体アゴニストはH2KO マウスニューロンで内向き電流を発生した。H1とH2のダブルKO マウスのニューロンではHA、H1やH2受容体アゴニストは共に無効であった。この内向き電流はK チャネルの抑制によってもたらされた。以上のことから、HAのH1とH2受容体は中枢におけるHA の興奮惹起作用に関与することを明らかにした。
