研究概要

多スケール乱流間の非線形過程を通じたエネルギー伝達を実験的に解明する研究である。九州大学の直線プラズマ装置では、乱流揺動による運動量輸送量計測器を開発・設置して実験解析を行い、帯状流と乱流間のエネルギー流の定量的観測に成功した。原子力機構JFT-2M装置では、乱流の密度包絡線から測地音波モードの情報を抽出してバイスペクトル解析を成功させ、測地線音波固有モードによる磁気面同定法を提案した。
