浸透圧応答MAPキナーゼ細胞内情報伝達経路の研究

研究概要

出芽酵母は高浸透圧ストレスにさらされるとHog1MAPキナーゼ細胞内情報伝達経路を活性化し、生存に不可欠な様々な浸透圧適応反応を引き起こす。本研究では、以前見出した第一種浸透圧センサーSln1にくわえ、新たに同定した第二種浸透圧センサーHkr1およびMsb2が、いかにしてHog1経路を活性化するのかを明らかにした。さらに、膜アンカータンパク質Opy2、膜タンパク質Sho1、アダプタータンパク質Ste50などの動的相互作用によるHog1経路の制御機構をも明らかにした。
