研究概要

Sleeping Beautyトランスポゾンシステムを利用しての変異マウスの作製には、以前より成功していた。本研究では、多くの研究者が汎用しているC57BL/6マウスにおいて、Sleeping Beauty トランスポゾンシステムを構築することを目標とした。そのシステムの構築のためには安定したトランスポーゼースを発現させる必要性があるので、C57BL/6マウス由来ES細胞のRosa26遺伝子座にトランスポーゼースを挿入させたクローンを獲得し、いつでも供給出来る体制を整えた。
