研究概要

バイオマスを340℃までの低温域で熱分解し、その揮発生成物を600℃以上の高温に保持した二段目の反応器に供給し改質を行い、その効果を検討した。二段目に予め900℃で熱分解したチャーを充填し、600℃においてタールの二次的分解の様子を検討したところ、COやCO_2のガス収率が増加し、タール収率が減少した。以上の結果から、空気処理と選択的なタール改質方法を組み合わせたプロセスを開発した。
