研究概要

核融合燃焼プラズマでは、圧力勾配駆動乱流において、低周波長波長の揺動も核融合燃焼の存在によって励起される。拡散的な輸送に併せ長距離相関揺動による非拡散的輸送が重要になり、その基礎理論をまとめた。具体的な例として、帯状流の非線形効果を繰り込む事によって非線形異常粘性を定式化した。遠距離相互作用の一例として乱流輸送のシーソー機構を理論的に見いだした。これらの成果は、核融合燃焼プラズマの理解や燃焼制御の基礎を構成する。
