研究概要

本研究では、(1)企業の複数店舗・部署を対象として、従業員間の関係性、共有された暗黙の規範、リーダーシップ構造等を継続的に調査し、これらと成員の職務満足度、ワーク・モチベーション等との関連を検討した。(2)中国(香港)・韓国・日本における組織従業員を対象とした国際比較調査を行い、公正観の文化差やその背景にある組織内の関係性の違いについて検討した。(3)自尊心の維持・高揚に際して他者との関係性がどのような役割を果たすか、またそれが文化によっていかに異なるかを日米比較実験等によって検討した。
