次世代CIGS系薄膜太陽電池を作製するために、三元化合物からの連続成膜法を用いて作製条件を検討した。その結果、単接合型や多接合型太陽電池に応用できる、GaやS含有量を制御したCIGS薄膜を作製できた。高いGa含有量を持つCIGS薄膜太陽電池を作製した結果、開放電圧V_<oc>=496mV,短絡電流I_<sc>=27.57mA/cm^2,曲線因子FF=0.508,変換効率η=6.95%の成果が得られ、進展があった。
