研究概要

中東欧諸国の農業部門においては、個別の取組みをCAPに従ったものへと集約して行く一方で、競争力を持つ農業と活動力に富む農村を築くための特色を持った独自の政策や制度の確立も同時に求められている。本研究では、中東欧諸国の農業分野に焦点を絞り、生産・流通組織の構造変化、生産性、効率性の変化を比較分析・理解し、その結果をもとに政策分析を行い、この地域の農業・農村部門が持続可能な経済成長をとげるための政策や制度に関する包括的な政策的含意の導入を図った。
