研究概要

カイニン酸を、右海馬に定位的に注入し、辺縁系てんかんモデルを作成した。コントロール群は、両側深部電極と両側前頭部電極脳波記録にて、深部電極のみで発作波を記録する部分発作と、両側前頭部の硬膜外電極に発作波が伝わる全般化した発作が記録された。視床下核を深部刺激すると、発作の2次性全般化を抑制した。骨髄間質細胞を海馬に移植後、視床下核を深部刺激したが、部分発作には、有意な変化はなかった。
