研究概要

大型動物(イヌ)での脳動脈瘤モデルの確立を目的とした。メスのビーグル犬11頭用い、動脈瘤誘発のため実験的高血圧、頸動脈結紮、aminopropionitrileを行った。血管造影は、3ヵ月ごとに1年3ヶ月。負荷群のうち一頭で、3ヵ月後の血管造影にて、脳底動脈先端部に動脈瘤を認め、その後だんだんと動脈瘤は増大していった。病理組織学的所見において、壁は非常に薄くフィブリノイドの沈着を認め、内弾性板はひ薄化や断裂がみられた。中膜筋層は、筋細胞の配列の乱れや筋層の消失をみとめた。ヒト脳動脈瘤に極めて近いと考えられた。今後、さらに効率の良い方法を検討し、イヌ脳動脈瘤モデルを確立する。
