研究概要

最適ドープ領域の高温超伝導体において縦磁場下ミュオンスピン緩和実験を行った.その結果,Bi_2Sr_2Ca_<1-x>Y_xCu_2O_<8+δ>(BSCCO)において,20ガウスの磁場下で,T_cよりもはるかに高い150K以下でミュオンスピン緩和率の増大を観測した.これは,超伝導のゆらぎの状態におけるボルテックスのゆらぎのために,試料内の磁場が不均一になったためと考えられる.以上のことから,BSCCOにおいて,T_c以上でボルテックスのゆらぎの状態が実現している可能性が高いと結論した.
