研究概要

ベンゾピレン代謝産物B[a]PDEは、中心体過剰複製誘導を介した染色体不安定性誘導により、肺がんに関わっていることを明らかにした。大腸がんにおいて、染色体分離に関わるhSgo1遺伝子の発現が低下しており、これにより、中心体過剰複製、染色体不安定性が見られることを明らかにした。がん抑制遺伝子p53が転写活性非依存的中心体複製制御活性を有することを明らかにした。がん抑制遺伝子NORE1Aの中心体制御能を明らかにした。
