研究概要

MD(6-OHDA)群の身体抑制ストレス後のコルチコステロン濃度のピーク値は他の2群と比較して有意に低値を示した。また実験開始後180分には対照群が基礎値に戻ったのに対し、MD(saline)群は有意に高値を示し、MD(6-OHDA)群もピーク値が低いにもかかわらず、減少は遅く基礎値には戻らなかった。母子分離両群のピーク後の減少速度が遅いという今回の結果は、生後初期の母子分離によりMDラットの海馬のステロイドレセプター発現が変化し、HPA系の負のフィードバック機構を低下させた影響と考えられた。
